Overview
Snagit is screen capture and screen recording software for professionals who need more than a basic snipping tool. Grab a region, window, full screen, or scrolling page, then add arrows, text, highlights, and step numbers so instructions land the first time.
Keep captures in a searchable library, record short videos with picture-in-picture webcam, export to PNG, JPG, GIF, PDF, MP4 and more, and share into the apps your team already uses.

Trust & security details →From users
“Snagit has definitely improved my day-to-day job. It ties up a whole conversation that would’ve probably been seven or eight emails back and forth.”
“Making the switch to Snagit for our asynchronous communication was the absolute right thing to do. It’s fundamental to how we do our work now.”
“When I found Snagit, I was ready to pay my own money to use that tool. They keep giving me things I didn’t know I needed yet.”
“Annotation tools and keybinds make professional documentation fast. On older hardware performance can dip, and I still occasionally start video capture when I meant still capture.”
“Scrolling capture is why we stay. Failures are rare compared with free tools, but when antivirus interrupts a Mac recording mid-session it is still frustrating.”
